Vampire Hunter (ヴァンパイアハンター), originally titled Vampire (ヴァンパイア) and also known as Darkstalkers Revenge, is a Japanese comic book adaptation of the first and second game of the Darkstalkers series. It was the first comic book adaptation and was written and illustrated by Takeshi Fujita (藤田丈士). First published in Shinseisha's magazine Comic Gamest, the comic book was serialized from issue #1994-12-19 to issue #1996-06-19 of Comic Gamest.
The series was originally named Vampire after the Japanese name of the first game, but starting with issue #1995-06 of Comic Gamest, the series was renamed to Vampire Hunter in accordance with the release of the second arcade game in Japan. Two volumes were eventually collected.
