Lex is a character created for the Darkstalkers TV series by Graz Entertainment. He is the owner of the gym Lex's Gym that Felicia frequents, and often challenges her to an arm wrestling match with bets on the line. He makes his first appearance in the episode And the Walls Come Tumblin Down and reappears in There's no Business Like Dragon Business. He is voiced by Ian Corlett.

Lex frequently challenges Felicia for an arm wrestling match with bets on the line, generally expensive ones such as airplane tickets, or even first class upgrade in travel money in exchange for Felicia letting him use both of his arms during it, despite so she always beats him effortlessly. Felicia has also borrowed his car on several occasions and it has been a recurring gag of it getting wrecked, causing him to complain to Felicia about it as seen in Darkest Before the Dawn where Felicia is heard talking to him on the phone worried about his car.
