Heinrich Bauer is a character exclusive to the second volume of the Comic Gamest Vampire Hunter manga. He is a scientist who is a rival to Professor Gerdenheim and wants to challenge his creations with his own one, Koenig Genius.

Henirich seems to bare a big grudge of sorts on Professor Gerdenheim and is thrilled to learn of his passing. He attempts to provoke the Gerdenheim household for a challenge against his own creation, Koenig Genius. Eventually Koenig Genius and Victor do wind up battling, with Victor emerging victorious.
